By accessing or using iCalls, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
To use iCalls, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements
- Use the Services in compliance with applicable laws
Organizations are responsible for ensuring their users (Admins, Agents, etc.) comply with these Terms.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Description of Services
- Browser-based HD video communication
- WebRTC-powered secure video sessions
- Website embeddable widget
- Smart routing and queue management
- Admin and Agent dashboards
- AI-assisted routing (if enabled)
- CRM integrations (where configured)
We may update or modify features at any time.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to use iCalls to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Transmit harmful, abusive, defamatory, or illegal content
- Harass or threaten others
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Distribute malware or harmful code
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems
- Interfere with service functionality
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse.
5. Video Communication Conduct
- Calls must comply with local laws
- Participants must consent where required
- Recording is enabled only with proper authorization
- The platform must not be used for unlawful surveillance
iCalls is not responsible for user-generated content during video sessions.
6. Fees & Billing (If Applicable)
If you subscribe to a paid plan:
- Fees are billed according to your selected plan
- Payments are non-refundable unless required by law
- Failure to pay may result in service suspension
- Pricing may change with prior notice
7. Data & Privacy
Your use of iCalls is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:
- Video streams are encrypted
- Calls are not recorded by default
- Data processing follows industry security standards
- Organizations control their own user data
8. Intellectual Property
All rights to the iCalls platform, including software, design, branding, documentation, and APIs, remain the property of iCalls or its licensors.
You may not:
- Copy
- Reverse engineer
- Resell
- Modify
- Distribute
any part of the platform without written permission.
9. Third-Party Integrations
iCalls may integrate with third-party services (e.g., CRM platforms). We are not responsible for:
- Third-party service outages
- External data processing practices
- Changes to third-party APIs
Use of such services is governed by their own terms.
10. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted service
- Error-free operation
- Real-time connectivity under all network conditions
Service performance may depend on user internet connectivity and device compatibility.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iCalls shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of revenue
- Business interruption
- Data loss
- User misuse of the platform
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold iCalls harmless from claims arising from:
- Your misuse of the Services
- Violation of these Terms
- Violation of applicable laws
- Infringement of third-party rights
13. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts if:
- Terms are violated
- Fraud or abuse is detected
- Payment obligations are not met
Users may terminate their accounts at any time.
Upon termination:
- Access to dashboards will be revoked
- Data may be deleted according to retention policies
14. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be posted on this page and include an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
